The day starts with hotel pickup, usually between 09:00 and 09:30, and wraps up around 17:00 to 18:00. The sites you visit, including the Göreme Open-Air Museum and the underground cities, keep their own hours, generally 08:00 or 09:00 to 17:00 or 19:00 depending on the season.
