Season, Hours, and What to Wear

The Erciyes resort runs through the winter, usually from early December into late March, though the exact start and end shift year to year with the snow. Standard hours are 09:00 to 17:00. Heavy snow, strong wind, or poor visibility can shorten the day or close the lifts entirely for safety, so conditions on the mountain always have the final say.

Dress in layers. Start with a moisture-wicking base, add something insulating like fleece over it, and top that with a waterproof, windproof shell. Your jacket, pants, gloves, helmet, and goggles come with the package, but bring ski-specific socks and a warm hat of your own. Sunglasses help too, since the sun off fresh snow is bright. Ski boots and a helmet are required on the slopes and are part of your gear.
