Good to Know Before Your Stadium Tour

The stadium tour leads you through the exclusive areas that bring you closest to the club: the home and away dressing rooms, the players' tunnel out to the pitch, and the media areas where post-match interviews and press conferences happen. The scale of the single-tier South Stand and the detail of the concourses are part of the walk, and interactive displays cover the club's history as you go. The Dare Skywalk, where available, climbs to the roof for panoramic views and a walk across a glass-panelled section above the pitch.

Tours generally run daily, but times shift a lot around match fixtures, concerts and other events, and tours are often unavailable on match days and the day before, so check the live booking calendar for your date. Comfortable casual clothes and walking shoes make sense, since there's a fair amount of walking and standing. For the Skywalk, dress for the weather and wear secure footwear, as it's outdoors and at height; a safety harness is provided and worn as the instructors direct.

The stadium sits at 782 High Road in Tottenham, N17, in north London. The nearest Overground stations, White Hart Lane and Northumberland Park, are both a short walk away, and Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters on the Victoria Line connect by bus or on foot. Parking nearby is very limited, especially on event days, so public transport is the easier way in.

You get behind-the-scenes access to the players' dressing rooms, the tunnel, pitchside and the media areas, with a multimedia device that lets Spurs players narrate as you go. Entry to the Media Cafe is part of the route.
What is The Dare Skywalk?
It's a climb to the stadium roof for panoramic views over London, ending with a walk across a glass-panelled section above the pitch. It's an outdoor, at-height experience with a provided safety harness.
How long does the stadium tour last?
A standard tour runs roughly 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your group's pace and the exhibits you stop at.
Is the stadium accessible for visitors with disabilities?
Yes, the stadium has lifts and accessible routes throughout. Let staff know any specific requirements when you book, particularly for The Dare Skywalk.
Can I take photos on the tour?
Photography is generally fine in most areas of the stadium tour, though flash may be restricted in some zones. On the Skywalk, phones and cameras must be secured so nothing can be dropped.

Why is the pitch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium unusual?
The hybrid grass pitch slides out in three sections to reveal a separate artificial turf field underneath. That lets the venue host NFL games, concerts, boxing and rugby without damaging the football surface.
When did Tottenham Hotspur Stadium open?
It opened in 2019 on the site of White Hart Lane, the club's former ground in north London, and was built as a multi-purpose venue rather than just a football stadium.

How do I get to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
The stadium is on Tottenham High Road in N17. Take the Overground to White Hart Lane or Northumberland Park, both a short walk away, or use one of the several bus routes serving the area.
